Webinars

I have put together 2 FREE webinars for you as a kind of Christmas/New Years eve present for reading and following my work this year gone.

The first is an MMA Specific webinar entitled “6 Top Tips to Revolutionise your Fight Training in 2012″. It is a must watch for those of your training in MMA or working with MMA athletes. However as well as this I believe it has some good content for all sports and there are some really valuable lessons to apply to your own sport whatever that may be. I originally wanted it to be around the 25 minute mark but I ended up talking for around 45-50 minutes as there is so much useable info in there. So I split it into 2 parts for you.

The second one is entitled “Get the best from your strength and conditioning programme in 2012″. It’s a 2 part video which will give you some practical and instantly applicable ways to get the best from your programmes and is suitable for athlete, coaches and fitness enthusiasts. Definitely well worth a look and completely new info from the first webinar.

You can access and watch the first webinar for FREE below. But I do ask of you one thing in return for this FREE presentation. Can you PLEASE leave me a comment and let me know what you think of it, good, bad or indifferent! Your feedback is worth a LOT to me.
All you need to do to access the second webinar is leave me your name and email address in the box below:

Great post Bren, picked up a load of great info. Very inspirational webinar, got a great buzz and headed straight to bed after foam rolling.

Really enjoy it Brendan, I’m just fresh to Personal Training and S&C aiming to go down the path of UKSCA.

Found that I could translate it too my desire to train football players.

    Cheers
    TF
